10 questions to ask your coaching client about the defined actions:

  1. What is the first/next step?
  2. What research would get you to the next step?
  3. Who could you talk to get some light on the subject/matter?
  4. Who do you need to connect with to get to the next level?
  5. How can you get the knowledge/information you need?
  6. What would Richard Branson or Alan Sugar do in this situation?
  7. What would ‘massive action’ look like?
  8. On a scale of 1-10, with 1 being low and 10 extremely high, how excited do you feel about taking this action?
  9. What would happen if you don’t do anything?
  10. What would the cost of your not doing anything be?
