Wendy Howard, started her solopreneur career in January 2003, having over 30 years experience in the field of personal development within the Social Care Industry and then to a much wider Corporate marketplace.
With a host of experience, a qualified Social Care Manager, an Msc in Business Management (Cambridge) and a training specialist in Accelerated Learning Techniques she felt she was equipped to succeed in her own business.
Wrong! She quickly realised that NOTHING you have ever done before prepares you for the role of entrepreneur and small business owner. EVERYTHING you have done up to that point in your life or career has only ever been an apprenticeship for the true successful solopreneur.

Having discovered what works, and what doesn’t – sometimes at great personal expense (lessons you can now avoid), she began running a leadership programme for entrepreneurs & small business owners. Full Throttle G.R.O.W. Giant Results, Opportunities & Wealth Programme was finally released in the late summer of 2009, which as many of you know was at the height of the recession!
